SOLSTICE: Territory Profile Catalonia

The SOLSTICE project aims to address the key social, environmental and technical challenges posed by the textile industry through a circular economy lens. Funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme, SOLSTICE is taking steps towards a circular textile industry through the implementation of pilot projects in four territories: Berlin, Grenoble, Catalonia, and Prato.

In collaboration with the four territories studied, Circle Economy led a current state analysis of the textile ecosystem, including current circular practices.
